- Where It All Began...
Born and raised in the hot desert of Tucson, Arizona, Amber aka “Ms Ladee" is a mother of a handsome son and a counter mother to many. Her vision to empower others started after she realized there was a lack of self awareness, role models that taught positive self image and the ability to motivate and communicate among the women. When she asked about a remedy to address the issue, no one seemed to have a solution. It was then she decided to build a bridge to help women of color learn how to communicate and identify who they were as visionaries, leader and as an individual.
As she began to travel and speak across the United States, the epiphany she discovered, it was a lack of identity and communication that caused an epidemic that affected all people. Once people were able to identify who they were, they can begin to focus on their greatness. "The facts that our children are dying because of a lack of knowledge- our babies are having babies, our young ladies are advertising their bodies as good and services because no one told them they are special, and our young men want to be thugs, rappers or next sport icons, there is so much to life then this flawed perception …. the reality is we are dying because we never realize we were created to be great, not average or a carbon copy of others. We must learn the how- to of tapping into our inner greatness."
Speaking from the heart with passion and experience, Ms. Ladee continues to share her story about pressing beyond barriers of rejection, defeat and death, both spiritually and naturally. She continues speaking across the country, in her past times she writes and facilitates programs that help nurture the seeds of greatness that God has planted in her life along the way … "location doesn’t produce a limitation, but it’s the lack of knowledge."
Soon to be released is her up and coming testimonial biography of recognizing and addressing her inner demons of abuse, anger and incompleteness.
