Why do they always look at Black Men as the bad guys

If you are a Daddy then this will make some sense to you.
Remember any type of man can father a child. A Daddy wants the best for his children.
Now with that said I can get on with this. Any Daddy would want the very best for his child or children
and he would work to make those things happen. As far as money goes I really don't have any, but I do
love my children. Last year my youngest wanted to learn music and she started learning to play the saxophone. So I put my self in debt so she could ge… Continue

Hey Larry. When I need warriors for the new project that I plan on forming, you will be one of the first I call. This city is shocking to me. Every department store, every business, every governmental entity I see Brown and White. Do you people not realize that while you're dreaming, we have been relagated to the third class status in this country. The Latino is now the largest minority which makes them the majority in this country. The white boy is now being relagated to second class and that leaves us.....I have taken years of racism from whitey, I'll be damn if I can sit by and watch another minority group put me, my people, my grandchildren in the status of an "illegal immigrant". The NAACP, The Tucson Urban League have become nothing but photo ops for the ego driven of the community. I was, at one point in my life a foot soldier for the Black Panther party....my militancy is front and center. I don't want to hear anything else about how we have "overcome"....in actuality, we have regressed. SAY IT LOUD.....I'M BLACK AND I'M PROUD.

Thank you for the hello, kind words and well wishes...

The desert wind stole the tears from my eyes as I cried,
Lifted up in desert pride when I asked it denied,
So I forgave this dry breeze that could not really be blamed,
Because the desert’s thirst for water is unable to be tamed...

Hello Larry,

You still look the same. I hope that you are still making movement to improve the conditions in Tucson, Pima County, and the state of Arizona. I was invited to return to Tucson for Black History Month two years ago. I participated in a Read-in-Chain Program. Currently I am volunteering my service as Chair of the state of Arkansas Commission on Closing the Achievement Gap.

Take care for now.--JH

Hey Larry.....Love you as always. And, yes you might be a chapter or two....I've lived so long I think I'm qualified to write about life (in my way)... the interesting people I have encountered and experiences I have been thrust into along the way. What's up with you?

Larry Greetings!

I trust you and yours are well. The CURB is back! I still have one of those cards you printed to advertise your program. Yes, time moves on and so do we. Thanks for the "uplift" I honestly believe we do what we can, when we can. I enjoyed my time in Tucson. Ck out Ebony Phoenix. The link is on my BIO. Next time I am down that way, I will look you up.

Peace and All good Wishes - my Brother!
