The desert wind stole the tears from my eyes as I cried,
Lifted up in desert pride when I asked it denied,
So I forgave this dry breeze that could not really be blamed,
Because the desert’s thirst for water is unable to be tamed...
You still look the same. I hope that you are still making movement to improve the conditions in Tucson, Pima County, and the state of Arizona. I was invited to return to Tucson for Black History Month two years ago. I participated in a Read-in-Chain Program. Currently I am volunteering my service as Chair of the state of Arkansas Commission on Closing the Achievement Gap.
Take care for now.--JH
I am walking through Ebony City and looking to make new friends. Glad to see you are here and we have some of the same friends. I hope to hear more about you as time goes on.

I trust you and yours are well. The CURB is back! I still have one of those cards you printed to advertise your program. Yes, time moves on and so do we. Thanks for the "uplift" I honestly believe we do what we can, when we can. I enjoyed my time in Tucson. Ck out Ebony Phoenix. The link is on my BIO. Next time I am down that way, I will look you up.
Peace and All good Wishes - my Brother!
